WATCH: Outgoing Swapo Party Women’s Council (SPWC) secretary Eunice Iipinge says Swapo is more than ready for a female president. According to her, the party is teeming with qualified women who are ready and able to lead not only the party but the country too - amid calls by some to rally behind Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah to succeed President Hage Geingob. The SPWC holds its elective congress this weekend.
